This project keeps as little data as possible, and only for what it needs. Here is all of it, no fine print.
What we keep
Name and e-mail of people who support on Ko-fi, the support payments, the choice between a license or just supporting and, if you asked for it, your spot on the wall. For the PitWall HUD license, the activated PCs, stored only as a code generated on your PC, with nothing that identifies you or the machine. And the messages you send through the form or the app, with any diagnostics you choose to attach.
What for
To thank you for your support, deliver and keep your license working, and reply to your messages. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising or used for anything else.
Where it lives
On Supabase (database) and Resend (e-mail delivery). The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Payment happens on Ko-fi, and your card or PayPal details never pass through here.
How long
Diagnostics attached to messages are deleted after 90 days. Everything else is kept while the project exists or until you ask for it to be deleted.
How to ask for deletion
Reply to any e-mail you got from the project or write through the form on the Help page. Your data is deleted and the license, if any, stops working.
The apps send no telemetry
AppLauncher, PadMap and PitWall HUD send no usage data anywhere. Your settings stay on your PC. PitWall only talks to the server when you activate or release a license, or when you send feedback yourself.
No tracking cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies, ads or third-party analytics.
